Meze

The Turkish restaurant Meze, is  a very welcome addition to the flora of restaurants in Reykjavík.

Meze or mezze is a selection of small dishes similar to tapas and zakuski. It is served in the Middle East and the Balkans as breakfast, lunch and dinner. In Levantine and Caucasian cuisines, and in parts of Balkans, meze is served at the beginning of all large-scale meals.
