The organic sourdough breads are made on-site in the purest manner, and are at the opposite end of the commercial ones you will find at most supermarkets

The pastry at Brauð & co is also divine. Made with local,  butter they make no compromises in their effort to deliver top-notch croissants, Danish and our favourite, the fantastically rich cinnamon rolls.
